We are delighted to be constructing a brand new ‘5-Star quality’ facilities building, scheduled to open in June. In response to a number of customer requests, we are opening some pitches 1 May, for visitors who are content to use their own facilities. These pitches can now be booked online and will be discounted by £5 per night. Of course, we cannot offer WC’s, Showers, Laundry or Wash-up until the construction is complete. There may be some machinery noise during the build period.
As soon as the new facilities are complete, the park will open fully until 5 Jan 2025. This means you can enjoy any of York’s fairs and festivals through to Christmas and New Year 2025 with the quality of facilities we have always wished to provide..

If you haven’t stayed with us in this beautiful Yorkshire countryside recently, you also will find enlarged and upgraded superior and full-service touring pitches, with new lighted services bollards.

York Naburn Lock has retained the AA’s 4 Gold Star Award for 2024 and is proud to be a member of the prestigious Tranquil Parks Group of leading adults only holiday parks and campsites.

We’re also a dog friendly caravan park here at York Naburn Lock. Over 10 acres of meadows are laid aside for dog exercise. You’ll also find doggie bins and a dog shower around the park. Dog foods and toys are available from the campsite shop.
