York Naburn Lock Caravan Park is a Tranquil Touring Park, a peaceful, adults only caravan park, one of over 40 leading adults only caravan parks and campsites across the UK. For our guests, the Tranquil Parks sign provides the assurance of a touring park with high grade facilities and our commitment to the highest standards of customer service.

Each Tranquil Parks’ member is required achieve a minimum four star quality standard, accredited by an annual inspection from Visit England or the AA. You can check the standards offered at each member caravan park on the Tranquil Parks website. Naburn Lock offers 4 Gold Pennant rated accommodation in York.

Tranquil Touring Parks are exclusively for adults. The group does not admit caravan parks which only offer a few adult only touring pitches or a ‘quiet area’ for grown-ups. Member parks may only admit persons over 18 years into the park or its facilities. Care for the countryside, wildlife and conservation are other attributes of Tranquil Parks’ members.
